Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal coffee, we prioritize freshness and quality above all else. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution.

Return Process

    Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item if it arrived damaged.

    Review Eligibility

    We will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards; please note that opened bags of coffee are generally non-returnable unless defective.

    Return Shipping

    If a return is authorized for non-perishable hardware or unopened items, we will provide a return shipping label or the necessary mailing instructions.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
